Who works at IONA?

Our members are diverse and creative individuals. We are home to small business startups, entrepreneurs, freelancers, interior designers, architects, attorneys, accountants, software engineers, real estate professionals, consultants, film and TV cinematographers, producers, writers, and non-profit organizations to name a few!

What are your standard hours of operation?

Our workspace is attended by our Iona Team Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM. Iona is accessible 24/7 to all Office and Dedicated Desk Membership Members.

How do I reserve a meeting room?

You can book a meeting room online! Click the 'Meeting Room Booking' tab located at the top of the website page. Here, you will be able to reserve and pay for your meeting room. Booking reservations for nonmembers are only available Monday-Friday, from 9AM-5PM.

 

What is the rate per hour for meeting room bookings?

The meeting room rates are $35/per hour (medium conference room) or $45/per hour (large conference room) ($300/5+ hrs booking, save $60). Each meeting room fits 2- 6 persons. Conference rooms are equipped with flat smart TVS, white boards, and video conference equipment.

What amenities are included in a membership?

Amenities include free street parking, great Wi-Fi, filtered water, unlimited coffee (enjoy making your own latte and cappuccino!) & tea, snacks, use of the kitchen, lobby, lounge, phone booths, and conference rooms.

What is a Dedicated Desk Membership?

A 24/7 workstation that you can make your own. Our dedicated desk memberships allow members to set up monitors and leave their supplies in a lockable filing cabinet. Desks and ergonomic task chairs provided. This membership is $350/mo and a month to month membership.

What is an Open/Flex Membership?

Access from 9:00 AM-5 PM; Monday-Friday. Grab any open seat in our open community lounge space and get to work. Includes high-speed internet, unlimited coffee & tea, and three hours of booking credits. This membership is $230/mo and a month to month membership.

What does a Private Office Membership include?

Our offices come fully furnished with desks, task chairs, & filing cabinets. All offices come with high-speed wireless internet and weekly janitorial services. Address/mailbox included. The monthly rate for a Private Offices (300 sqft) is $1,700/mo* and a Suite (500 sqft) is $2,500/mo*. All of the membership amenities are included. *Prices subject to 6 to 12 month commitment.

Must I sign a lease or long-term agreement?

No, our membership options include your choice of month-to-month, 6 or a 12 month commitment. 

Can I make phone calls in the Shared Spaces?

Out of respect for your fellow neighboring Iona members, the Dedicated Desk area is meant for quiet work, not involving phone calls, meetings, or long conversations with other members or guests. The open community lounge space is meant for both quiet work as well as short meetings and zoom/phone calls (less than 30 minutes). Please be aware of your volume and use headphones.  You can also utilize the entry lobby area or book a telephone booth/conference room.

What is Iona's animal policy?

Service animals individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities, are the only animals permitted within our premises (service animal as defined by The Americans with Disabilities Act, for more information, visit ada.gov) No other animals, including pets or emotional support animals, are allowed within the Premises.

Can I use a printer?

Yes! Your welcome email includes a link to the community printer that allow you to print and scan.

How and when do I cancel services?

Email us notice of cancelation in advance at info@iona.work. Services remain active until your next monthly renewal date.
